Nathan Gould is the founder and CEO of NatGo Data Group, a company born from his vision to bring clarity, innovation, and modern data practices to complex, technology-driven organizations.

With more than 20 years of experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the Veterans Affairs Department (VA), and other federal healthcare organizations, Nathan brings a unique blend of technical depth and business acumen to every engagement, a combination that ensures solutions are not only innovative but also executable. His career spans the full software development lifecycle, from planning, requirements, and solution architecture, through development, testing, and operational support, giving him a practical, end-to-end understanding of how to deliver complex systems at scale.

Nathan has led the development and deployment of numerous enterprise-level systems to production environments, building to Department of Defense best practices and successfully navigating the rigorous Authority to Operate process. His technical portfolio includes architecting and delivering data lakehouses, provider-facing clinical applications, administrative workflow management systems, executive dashboards, and decision support tools, all deployed across multiple commercial cloud platforms in compliance with federal security requirements.

What drives Nathan is a belief that technology should serve a purpose: improving operations, reducing costs, and ultimately delivering better outcomes for the people these agencies serve. This philosophy shapes how NatGo approaches every project, focusing not just on technical excellence but on measurable business impact. When he’s not working, Nathan can be found outdoors hiking forest trails or exploring underwater as an avid scuba diver. He’s also a dedicated father to three schoolage children, which keeps life full and interesting.
