Ethan Le Chance is the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) for NatGo Data Group, where he leads the company’s security posture and ensures compliance across NatGo’s classified and unclassified environments. In an increasingly complex and fast-moving security landscape, Ethan safeguards sensitive information by balancing rigorous regulatory compliance with practical, mission-focused execution.

Responsible for the administration of NatGo’s Security and Insider Threat Programs, Ethan oversees personnel security and clearance management, facility security, insider threats, information protection and training, self-inspections, and coordination with government security stakeholders. Whether enforcing NISPOM requirements, mitigating risk, or guiding teams through evolving security obligations, he brings structure, accountability, and calm precision to high-stakes security operations.

Inquisitive, agile and detail-oriented, Ethan is known for a raccoon-level ability to sniff out vulnerabilities, untangle complex compliance requirements, and translate dense security policy into clear, actionable guidance. His approach ensures NatGo remains compliant with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and government client’s policies and procedures.
