Innovative Health IT Solutions
Clinical Decision Support (CDS)
NatGo has enhanced clinical decision support by developing systems that not only integrate seamlessly with Military Health System (MHS) electronic health records but also aid providers in real-time data-driven decision-making. Through aligning with existing healthcare IT infrastructure and supporting clinician workflows, NatGo’s solutions have optimized clinical processes that help to promote safer, more efficient patient care
Biosurveillance:
NatGo supported strategic planning for emergent BioSurveillance capabilities within the MHS, collaborating with multiple federal stakeholders in coordination with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) Public Health initiatives to design a proof of concept BioSurveillance Hub and Portal solution. Our knowledge and years of expertise in healthcare systems created cohesive, impactful plans that advanced program outcomes and exceeded identified organizational goals.
Lifecycle Management Support
Project Management:
NatGo has provided targeted project management for multiple fast-paced, high-visibility projects with Program Executive Office (PEO) DHMS, including but not limited to, implementing enterprise-wide virtual data environments and a Software Factory with a focus on AI/ML pipeline capabilities. Our streamlined processes and coordination improved project execution, confirming milestones were achieved within cost, schedule, and performance goals.
Engineering
NatGo supported PEO DHMS's EIDS PMO Office of the Chief Engineer by developing health-IT business requirements and executing federal health-IT projects in alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, NatGo led the redesign of the MHS Information Platform Immunization Tracking Repository (MIP-ITR) for the Defense Health Agency, replacing the DEERS-I system through business process reengineering and human-centered design, resulting in a streamlined immunization tracking capability for the DoD.

As the Transition Project Lead for the EIDS PMO, NatGo provided executive program management to streamline technical capability delivery for a federal-level organization. NatGo's focus on people-centric change management and employee engagement safeguards a smooth transition, improved performances, effective communication, and successful organizational change.

NatGo has supported the EIDS PMO, a federal organization, in achieving master data management activities and objectives, in alignment with industry best practices derived from the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK).
