Juan Lee is the Chief Operating Officer of NatGo Data Group, where she leads company operations and delivery execution across NatGo’s wide-ranging portfolio of data and technology support services for our customers. In today’s fast-paced, AI-enabled delivery environment, Juan ensures NatGo harnesses advanced automation and analytics while keeping those required firmly in the loop, balancing cutting-edge technology with refined human judgment, emotional intelligence, and accountability. Whether guiding delivery, untangling dependencies, or supporting NatGo’s ever-growing workforce, Juan brings clarity, determination, momentum, and steady leadership to complex, high-stakes missions. Tenacious and resourceful, she is known for a raccoon-level ability to sniff out issues, break down complex problems, and then generate clear, workable solutions, always with the mission and the people who depend on it at the center of her work.

Throughout the past two decades, Juan has been dedicated to supporting the full spectrum of Military Health System health IT, spanning acquisition and financial management, enterprise requirements, interoperability, and agile product delivery. Her work has helped modernize legacy platforms, integrate data, and deliver high-priority readiness and data solutions that directly support the health and operational readiness of the U.S Armed Forces. Known for translating complex policy and governance into practical, mission-ready outcomes, Juan brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every challenge she takes on.
